For an ambitious and hugely frustrated IT Manager, held back in a retail IT team structure who knows they can do it themselves and better, this retail brand would be keen to talk to you.

They currently have just under 500 stores and will be pushing this to over 550 this year.

Their systems both in-house and at store level are fit for purpose but will not set the world on fire and set them up for the challenges of the next 10 yrs in retail.

You are likely to be nowhere near this level yet but you know you have the technical skills and the commercial knowledge to review, plan, develop strategy and lead a team to ensure cutting edge systems across all HQ and store functions.

Product Designer

Developing and designing products for a major international brand with a real focus on styling, market trends and technical performance, this role is a dream come true for an ambitious product or industrial designer with an interest in designing a range of fashion led equipment and accessories for the consumer markets.

In this role you will be working closely with suppliers across the globe and will be sourcing the highest quality materials whilst managing costs. You will be then involved in overseeing stringent testing of the products to ensure that innovation levels are kept high with durability, the very best! This role will be a complete cradle to grave approach, taking responsibility for all areas of bringing a new product to market.

This temporary 6 - 9 month contract for an experienced Buyer is for an immediate start for a company which provides bespoke engineering and product solutions across multiple industries.

Working within the buying team, a background in manufacturing is essential and to enjoy using your own initiative and analytical skills to be decisive and make assertive decisions on behalf of the company.

Reporting into the Purchase Manager, you will need to be keen, and able to learn quickly with a solid work ethic to work successfully in this busy department, using skills in inventory analysis and communication to manage stock and purchasing and supplier relationships.

Ideally but not essentially, you will be CIPS degree qualified and of an automotive background. If you are commercially switched on and would like to use your skills as a buyer in a small, busy company, this could be just the role for you.

Personal Assistant to the Directors

This PA role based in the Loughborough area is truly one of an Executive Assistant supporting a large team of very busy Directors. Reporting to a Senior Executive Assistant, you will share responsibility for ensuring the board of Directors can concentrate on their jobs while you manage their diaries and all that goes along with this.

From juggling meetings across Europe, managing travel, scheduling priorities, preparing a whole host of presentations, spread sheets and other supporting material, this role will keep you on your toes.

Project work is also likely to come your way from involvement in facilities management to liaising with and managing external contracts.

An efficient Account Manager looking after very senior internal customers sums up this role. If you are confident but diplomatic, have great communication skills, strong organisation skills, like to think outside the box, are a wiz on Microsoft Word and in particular Outlook for those constantly moving diaries and love working at a senior level in a PA support capacity, this newly created role has absolutely got to appeal!

Project Manager

8-9 projects are underway across a variety of disciplines. A multi-skilled Project Manager is needed to work with respective stakeholders on each project as a support mechanism to plan and implement agreed actions.

You will not be expected to be an expert in these areas but will have the commercial acumen to understand what is needed through briefs and to follow through an action plan to time deadlines.

Projects will include: The opening of a flagship retail store, phase 2 of website improvements towards e-commerce, overview of suppliers and service, changes within the Customer Service department, product launch and analysis of customer needs, review of in-house CRM, new reporting procedures and more!!

Your role will be to ensure timelines are in place and agreed actions are implemented.

Equally you will be undertake investigative work and fact find to add value to decision making as you relieve the day to day project management tasks from senior management and Directors.
