This is a great role to work for a major international company in a busy Customer Service team handling orders going into retail. Your role will be very varied and you will be required to really get hands on with your projects as well as getting to grips with a vast range of really interesting products.

In this role your key task will include dealing closely with Buyers and Suppliers as you manage orders. In effect, you will be the first point of contact behind the Account Managers to make sure the service to the customer is 2^nd to none and it would be useful if you have a flair for forecasting and a little bit of a analytical and logical 'brain' to look at stock levels and to predict trends.

It is important that you have worked in Customer Service in the past ideally having managed orders directly. The ideal candidate has very strong communication and organisational skill and is a real relationship builder.

Absolutely brilliant job for someone who would love to work in a very fast paced creative marketing agency supporting the Account Managers behind the scene!!

You will need brilliant administration skills to include being a wiz on Microsoft office to include excel and PowerPoint. Equally great English language skills would be oh so useful as you check copy and keep an eye on grammar pre sign off for print on projects..

The client is oh so demanding and you will need to thrive on taking their enquiries, preparing information for the Account Managers to work with and juggling a million and one balls as you ensure all is on track and projects moving through smoothly.
