Sales

We manage recruitment projects for companies looking for both internal and external sales people at all levels. Typical opportunities range from account management including key accounts, new business development, field sales representatives, technical sales, team leadership, sales management and ultimately sales director roles.

Marketing

Additional Resource handles vacancies across the entire marketing mix. We can assist candidates looking for opportunities in e-marketing, web development, PR, brand marketing, category management, marketing communications, product management, marketing analysis and general marketing roles from marketing assistant level through to marketing manager and director appointments.

Customer Service

Customer Service opportunities managed by Additional Resource are different. We do not offer ‘call centre’ work. Our customer service vacancies are commercially rounded and generally involve managing the daily interface between customers or suppliers including handling queries, processing and progressing orders, co-ordinating projects and taking ownership of business relationships. These roles are key to any company’s success and can often be a stepping stone to work in sales or supply chain. Customer service is equally a career in its own right with opportunities available from sales administration through to more involved aspects of customer service, progressing to team leadership and ultimately the management of a customer service or sales support team.
